I lost or can't remember my password. How do I obtain it?
At the login screen, click the text that reads "Password forgotten? Click here" within the Returning Customer Box. When prompted, enter your email address and click Continue. Your password will be emailed to you.

Occasionally, password request emails can get caught in your SPAM filter, so be sure to check your SPAM folder.

If you still do not receive your password, please do not create a new account. Call Northeastern Scale Lumber at 978.688.6019 and we will assist you.
When I change the quantity for an item I wish to purchase, it isn't updated when I check out. How do I update the quantity?
Whenever you add an item to your cart, your shopping cart contents are displayed. If you wish to remove an item or change a quantity, you must click the "Update" button on the bottom left of the shopping cart in order for your changes to carry over to the checkout process.
